The Role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Key Accounts – Commercial Aviation to join our team, headquartered in Daytona Beach, FL, in a flexible capacity. Great candidates will be considered for the position whether based, hybrid or remote. This is a senior position open to experienced commercial/Part 121 aircraft charter brokers.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end charter process—from business development, client consultation and purchasing to execution and account management. This is a high-touch, relationship-driven position where your market knowledge, negotiation skills, and commitment to service will directly impact our global operations.

Qualifications
- Industry Expertise: 6+ years of proven experience specifically as a large aircraft (Part 121) charter broker.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong sales, account management, and negotiation skills with a track record of securing profitable fixtures.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills—you know how to communicate seamlessly with global clients and operators alike.
- Autonomy: The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while remaining a collaborative team player.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field is a plus (but your proven track record is what matters most).
- Candidates must already have the right to live and work in the United States.

Must Have and Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates must already be authorized to live and work in the United States as a citizen, permanent resident or holder of an applicable US employment visa. Hunt & Palmer does not provide sponsorship or assistance for individuals to obtain employment visas or status.
The successful applicant must have a minimum of 6 years’ experience as an aircraft charter broker.
The applicant must have at least 3 years current experience as an aircraft charter broker specializing in commercial passenger charters using aircraft with 30 seats or more (part 121 or equivalent).
The position will involve travel as part of the duties. Candidates should be comfortable traveling both domestically and internationally.
Candidates should be amenable to and have experience working in a remote setting as required.
