Company Overview
ASI Charter is a full service private jet charter company specializing in air travel throughout the US, Canada, Caribbean and Central and South America. With over 100 years of combined aviation expertise working with business executives, global brands, families, and individuals, ASI Charter provides first-class air charter service from takeoff to landing. We proudly own our own fleet of Learjets (31, 35, 55, and 60s) as well as our own in-house maintenance crew.
Company History
ASI Charter's CEO is Geno Haggan. As a licensed aircraft mechanic, Geno built his first aircraft maintenance company in 1996 based on the simple principles of honesty, communication, quality workmanship, and safety. Principles he firmly believes should be standard industry practices. ASI Charter was incorporated in 2018.

Our subsidiary Peak Medevac, has a long history of philanthropic missions and service to people and communities in need. We provide air transportation to those in need of life-saving medical procedures. We work with FEMA to provide hurricane disaster relief aid. We work alongside trusted nonprofit partners to provide life-saving medical transportation for critically ill children, aircraft maintenance, hangar space as well as donate flights. We have donated flights for organ procurement, public health emergencies as well as patients, and couriers. We work directly with hospitals, transplant centers, Organ Procurement Organizations, and other medical specialty centers nationwide to provide life-saving flights.
